Terms

These terms apply when you buy a poster from Pedigree Prints, operated by Pedigree Prints, Sweden.

Your order

Your order is confirmed when payment is complete and you receive our confirmation email. Prices include printing, the frame if chosen, shipping and, in the EU and UK, VAT.

Your content

You confirm that you may use the photos and documents you upload. We use them only to make and deliver your poster. Designs, layouts and the studio remain ours.

Personalised goods

Posters are made to your specifications, so the right of withdrawal does not apply. Damaged, misprinted or incorrect posters are replaced free of charge, as described under Shipping and returns.

Accuracy

Names are read automatically from your document and shown to you before you order. You are responsible for checking them. We are not affiliated with any kennel club or DNA testing company, and a poster is not an official pedigree.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

Law

Swedish law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
