Which pedigrees can you read?
Certificates and pedigrees from the AKC, The Kennel Club, UKC, CKC, ANKC and FCI member clubs such as SKK, VDH and the SCC. A clear screenshot from the club's app or website works best. If something cannot be read, you can type or correct any name yourself.
Do I have to type anything?
No. The names and titles are read from your screenshot and filled in. You check the spelling, add a photo and choose a design.
My dog is a mix. Can I still make one?
Yes. Upload both parents' pedigrees for a crossbreed, a DNA report for a mixed breed, or tell your dog's story if there are no papers at all.
What paper and frames do you use?
Heavy archival matte paper that does not reflect light, and real wooden frames in black, white or oak with a shatterproof front.
How long does it take?
Printing and framing usually takes 2 to 5 working days. Shipping is tracked and usually takes another 2 to 7 days depending on where you live.
Where do you ship?
To the United States, the European Union and the United Kingdom. Each order is printed in the region it ships to.
Can I return it?
Every poster is made for one dog, so we cannot take back a poster you changed your mind about. If it arrives damaged or misprinted, we replace it free of charge.
What happens to my photos and documents?
They are used only to make your poster. The pedigree screenshot is read and not stored. Your photo and print file are kept only as long as needed to print and support your order.
