Shipping and returns

Shipping

Shipping is included in every price. We ship to the United States, the European Union and the United Kingdom, and each order is printed by our print partner in the region it ships to.

Printing and framing usually takes 2 to 5 working days. Tracked shipping usually takes another 2 to 7 days. You get an email with the tracking link as soon as your poster leaves the printer.

Ordering for a date

For birthdays and holidays, order at least two weeks ahead. Before Christmas we publish a last order date on the front page.

Returns

Each poster is made to order with your dog's names and photo. Because it is personalised, it cannot be returned if you change your mind. In the EU this follows the exception for goods made to the consumer's specifications.

Damaged or misprinted

If your poster arrives damaged, misprinted or different from the preview you approved, email a photo to hello@pedigreeprints.com within 30 days of delivery and we will send a replacement free of charge.

Spelling

Names are printed exactly as they appear in your preview, so please check them before paying. If we made a mistake, we fix it for free.
