This explains what we collect when you design and order a poster, why, and what you can ask of us.

Who is responsible

Pedigree Prints, Sweden, is responsible for your personal data. Contact: hello@pedigreeprints.com.

What we collect and why

• What you enter in the studio (names, dates, your dog's photo) is stored in your own browser while you design. It is sent to us only when you add a poster to your cart, to make the print file.
• Pedigree and DNA screenshots you upload are sent to our AI provider to read the names, and are not stored by us afterwards.
• When you order: your name, email, phone number and delivery address, to deliver the order and send you updates. Payment details go directly to Stripe and are never seen by us.

Who we share it with

• Stripe, for payment and the order record.
• Printify and its print partners, to print and ship your poster.
• Anthropic, to read uploaded pedigrees and DNA reports.
• Vercel, which hosts this website and stores print files.
• Resend, which sends our order emails.

Some of these companies are based outside the EU. Transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

Photos, designs and print files are deleted automatically 12 months after they were uploaded, whether or not you ordered. Order records are kept as long as accounting law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to hello@pedigreeprints.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority.

Cookies

We use only what is needed for the site to work, such as remembering your cart in your browser, and Vercel Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you. No advertising cookies are set without your consent.
